Cut Up was founded by drummer Tobias Gustafsson and singer/bass player Erik Rundqvist in August 2014. After the separation from Vomitory at the end of 2014 and 24 years of being in the service of death metal both had to continue in this style. They soon recruited guitar player Anders Bertilsson and guitar player/singer Andreas Björnson, so that Cut Up was complete. Bertilsson - who had been previously with Coldworker (2006-2013) - as well as Björnson - previously Fetus Stench - shared the same vision as Gustafsson and Rundqvist, and not to forget a passion for performing live. On the upcoming LP "Forensic Nightmares" the listener can expect utterly violent, catchy, grooving high-end death metal.
