Helloween are and always will be one of the most influential and internationally most successful acts within the Heavy Metal scene. As founder of the German „Melodic Speed Metal“ the pumpkins are considered as godfathers of the genre and will demonstrate it again with their already 14th studio album. The soundtrack to their 30th band anniversary (the first EP ‘Helloween’ was released in 1985) has the title "My God-Given Right". The album was recorded and produced from October 2014 until Februar 2015 at their own MiSueno studio in Tenerife under the reliable care of Charlie Bauerfind (Blind Guardian, Hammerfall among others). The elaborate artwork was once again created by the band's graphic designer Martin Häusler (Bon Jovi, Queen, Gotthard among others).
