After their performance during the legendary ABC late night show "Jimmy Kimmel Live", the band 'I See Stars' from Detroit became a musical constant with their mixture of trance and hardcore. Their fourth album "Phases" breaks fresh ground though as it includes the best songs of the band in an entirely new sound: raw and unplugged, with all songs acoustically played in a scaled back way concentrating on the core of the songs.
