We Came As Romans from Detroit, Michigan started in 2005 - and have always had a huge fan base since those days. When their debut EP "Dreams" was available for free in December 2008, there were more than 50.000 downloads just in the first week, amunting to a whopping 85.000 within the month. Which is not very surprising because We Came As Romans always took that one step beyond... On their debut album "To Plant A Seed", they combine influences like the intricate singing and screaming à la Underoath, the theatralical Metal inspired by orchestras à la Chiodos, and the crushing break downs by The Devil Wears Prada with the positive lyrics by August Burns Red.
