'Viva Emptiness' is the sixth studio album by Swedish metal band 'Katatonia'. It was first released after a tour with 'Opeth' (2001( and a following break (2002) in 2003. For the first time, the band kept existing after a release. The output was produced by Anders Nystrom and Jonas Renkse. It was mixed by Jens Bogren and master by Peter In De Betou. Travis Smith is responsible for cover artwork.
